About The Position

We are looking for a Sr. General and Operations Manager in San Diego, California. Summary Leads organizational operations across multiple FRCSW departments, setting priorities, directing resources, and ensuring alignment with command objectives. Oversees policies, workflow optimization, and cross-department coordination. Provides executive-level guidance, resolves operational issues, manages mission-critical initiatives, and ensures that personnel, materials, and processes support production, engineering, and business functions efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of senior-level management experience in defense, logistics, or aviation support environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale technical or administrative programs.
Must possess an active Secret Clearance - Required
