About The Position

HomeXpress is seeking a qualified Funder/Closer to join our team. As a leading Non-QM mortgage lender, we pride ourselves on closing mortgage loans with speed, ease, and convenience. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a mortgage banking company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of closing and title documents, as well as the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years Funder/Closer experience with a Mortgage Banking Company or similar
• Knowledge of all closing and title documents
• Strong knowledge of wet/dry state closing requirements
• Above average communication skills
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment
• Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Be a team player

Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate closing packages
• Work directly with Escrow/Title on all closings
• Ensure all funding conditions have been satisfied
• Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance
• Set up wires for funding
