About The Position

This high priority position will directly support the RECON team with CNO. In this role, you will be focused on delivering immediate, critical mission impact by developing cross-cutting process automation solutions to streamline infrastructure deployment. You will operate as an independent developer, taking full ownership of end-to-end automation pipelines that integrate diverse data sources and systems across multiple teams. The position will work directly with various mission stakeholders to rapidly iterate on requirements, delivering deployable solutions and necessary scripting support quickly.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and building robust automation and integration tools.
  • In depth knowledge of creating custom workflows and processes in the Atlassian product ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work autonomously and drive projects from concept to completion.
  • Proven ability to identify manual processes and develop software solutions for full automation and reduced operational effort.
  • Twelve (12) years with a Bachelor’s or four (4) additional years without the degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior CNO experience.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates without a current clearance will not be considered.
  • Integrate with, and contribute to, a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacks.
  • Gather requirements and make improvements to existing corporate tools.
  • Implement robust solutions for project and issue management, documentation, and configuration management
  • Development customized workflows to automate the tracking and enforcement of internal processes.
  • Independently drive feature development taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle.
