About The Position

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a vital role in creating intuitive, engaging, and responsive user interfaces that power our platform and products. You will work on cross-functional scrum teams that include engineers, quality assurance, DevOps, data science, and content creators to build AI tutors that help millions of students. This role requires technical expertise in front-end development and a passion for delivering impactful solutions that enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on front-end development experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-focused applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proven experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or equivalent) in a real production environment.
• Deep understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux.
• Strong knowledge of front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, npm, etc.).
• Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with responsive design and building applications optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility across devices.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver user experiences aligned with product goals and priorities.
• Translate design mockups into clean, maintainable, and scalable code, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Contribute to the refinement of front-end development workflows, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, and version control processes.
• Deliver interfaces that prioritize usability and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve functionality and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with front-end trends, tools, and best practices, sharing insights and innovations to improve team efficiency.
