Sophia is an industry-leading provider of low-cost, self-paced online general education courses that are transferable for college credit. As a Sr. Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role responsible for the application design, development, testing and deployment of mission critical applications for SEI. The Sr. Full Stack Engineer is responsible for the design and development of modifications to our custom developed Sophia application. This person will work closely with business analysts, key users, and the project team to assess business needs and determine/implement technology solutions using an agile methodology. This person must have skills in converting specifications and procedures of moderate to high complexity into application and software solutions. This person will also have experience developing in all tiers of an application and must possess knowledge of object-oriented programming techniques and patterns and how to apply them in variety application environments.
