About The Position

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll be a key contributor to the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions that power our products and services. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance applications using modern technologies like JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and Java. In this role, you'll take ownership of complex technical challenges, influence architectural decisions, and help shape the future of our engineering practices. You'll be expected to write clean, maintainable code, advocate for best practices, and mentor junior engineers to elevate the overall team performance.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in the technology industry, and a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages and common data structures/algorithms
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, and/or React
  • Ability to design systems of large complexity
  • Ability to act as tech lead for projects end-to-end
  • Strong communication skills. You must be able to work with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and explain outcomes
  • Strong product sense. You must be able to align your work with business objectives and make appropriate tradeoffs
  • Learning mentality. You must be able to pick up new skills as needed and demonstrate a curiosity about new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency
  • Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle
  • Analyze user requirements to define business objectives
  • Envisioning system features and functionality
  • Develop and test software
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues arising
  • Create detailed design documentation
  • Propose changes to current infrastructure
  • Develop technical designs for application development
  • Write well-designed, testable code
  • Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
  • Support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting for architectural review
