We’re actively seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Life Web Solutions team in Newport Beach, CA. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success by building and delivering cutting-edge web solutions to enhance Customer Journey. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 5 people in the CMD division. Your colleagues will include Senior System Analysts & Engineers, fellow professionals that believes in open communication, collaboration & teamwork, continuous learning, innovation and at the same time having fun by virtue or recognitions and celebrations. How you’ll help move us forward: Design, Develop & Deliver end to end solutions to meet business needs and build as per enterprise architecture guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Own end-to-end feature development, from concept to deployment. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and system stability concerns. Design, Develop & Maintain end to end CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery. The experience you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ Years of software development experiences with minimum 2 years of experience as Full Stack Engineer. Proven expertise in building and maintaining web applications using modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React). Strong proficiency in server-side languages (.NET, Node.js) Experience with other programming languages like Python and/or Java is a plus. Experience with AWS Cloud services and serverless computing Solid understanding of microservices architecture and SOAP/RESTful/GraphQL API design. Experience with database technologies (SQLServer, PostgreSql, DynamoDB) Proficiency with DevSecOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. Experience with Work Management platforms Azure DevOps or similar platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. What makes you stand out: AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Certified Developer) Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools Experience with an Integration Platform like Mulesoft is a plus. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Requirements
