About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior FP&A Partner – Supply Chain to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role provides financial support and analysis across Ecommerce, Retail & Tux distribution, Transportation, and Supply Chain. The Senior FP&A Partner is expected to operate with high accountability and ownership, managing an independent workload and ensuring deadlines are met—even under challenging conditions. While the role requires initiative, critical thinking, and independence, it is supported by leadership guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience.
  • High accountability with the ability to manage an independent workload and do whatever it takes to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid business partnership and communication skills; able to influence through clear insights.
  • Proficiency with Hyperion Smart View, Hyperion Planning, PeopleSoft preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote office location

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly and annual planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling for distribution, transportation, and manufacturing.
  • Take ownership of assigned reporting and analysis, managing priorities independently and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting tools to improve visibility into key business metrics.
  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities within assigned areas and provide recommendations to business partners.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and functional teams to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Build productive relationships across functions, proactively providing analysis to help guide decision-making.
  • Support cross-functional projects and participate in regular business reviews, providing clear and concise reporting.
  • Break down complex problems into structured analysis, identifying key drivers and potential solutions.
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations to help drive cost savings, operational improvements and optimize performance.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline reporting and planning.
  • Prepare clear and accurate materials for management reviews, including reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Communicate financial insights in a professional and understandable manner to business partners and leadership.
  • Present findings and recommendations as appropriate, with guidance from senior leaders.
