About The Position
Sr. FP&A Analyst. Troy, MI. Support all phases of financial reporting cycle (month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting, analysis). Support business analysis and fulfillment of reporting requirements. Gather, validate, and consolidate financial/operational data. Standardize and optimize planning/reporting/analysis processes. Develop/maintain KPI dashboards and executive presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- Two years of experience as a Financial Planning Coordinator/Analyst
- Experience must include: preparing forecasts/budgets, analyzing simplified operating cash flow (SOCF), explaining P&L variances, monitoring sales/margin performance, and analyzing balance sheets
- Position requires travel within North America approx. 3x/year
