About The Position
The Senior Food Processing Engineer at Mizkan America is responsible for leading processing initiatives for innovation projects, from the experimental phase to testing and scale-up production. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to optimize processes, improve equipment efficiency, and address processing challenges in food products. The engineer will also consult with other plant locations and support engineering projects related to research and development initiatives.
