The Senior Fleet Manager invests in our Purpose by providing leadership and guidance to support the Technical Operations Department by managing aircraft configuration, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making across the fleet. This role will have a heavy emphasis on being able to use Southwest’s data to support long-term fleet strategies, determining effectiveness of program changes, and assisting in determining Technical Operations priorities. The Senior Fleet Manager is a strategic problem solver who is excited about the opportunity to support the airline operation and foster strong relationships at Southwest. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours.
