Requirements

AI Fluency: Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot Studio, and a mindset geared toward automation, continuous learning, and innovation.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with fleet management software and systems. Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into business value.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Attention to Detail: Precision in maintaining records, documentation, and compliance standards.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in business systems analysis, preferably within fleet management or logistics.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the school bus or transportation industry is a plus.
Certifications: Certifications in business analysis or fleet management systems are advantageous.
Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement credentials are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements related to fleet operations. Analyze current processes to pinpoint areas for improvement.
System Implementation and Support: Lead the deployment and support of fleet management systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and user adoption.
AI-Driven Optimization: Use AI tools such as Copilot Studio to streamline data analysis, automate reporting, and enhance operational workflows.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze fleet data to identify trends and opportunities. Build dashboards and reports that drive actionable insights.
Process Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements that improve fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and support Beacon's values of reliability and care.
Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure effective use of systems and AI tools. Maintain clear documentation of configurations and processes.
Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure fleet operations meet regulatory standards and internal policies. Manage licensing and maintain accurate vehicle records.
