We are supported by a 24/7 in-house call-center and provide scheduled maintenance services and unscheduled services to fleets anywhere, anytime. This position is a Master-level Technician who provides a high skill level for accurate vehicle maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles with a focus on exceptional customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner. A Technician may work independently or in a team environment.

  • Perform Preventive Maintenance: change oil, oil filter, fuel filter, transmission flush, and inspection of vehicle for mechanical deficiencies.
  • Perform light and major repairs.
  • Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics.
  • Interact with customers and display exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Perform various repairs and maintenance based on certification levels.
  • Maintain/repair equipment such as cable trailers and laptop docking stations.
  • Keep shop area clean and tidy, performing work in accordance with safety standards.
  • Create and maintain vehicle history and maintenance records.
  • Perform complex repairs, advanced diagnostics, design, and fabrication.
  • Interface and coordinate with vendors for parts and repairs.
  • Provide custom equipment by engaging in equipment design and moderate fabrication tasks including welding.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex hydraulic systems, generators, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct a wide variety of diagnoses and repairs including brakes, drivability, emissions, and HVAC.
  • Work on multiple applications from Light-Duty Trucks to Class A-Heavy Trucks.
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field.
  • Currently possess or be able to attain Master Level ASE certification preferred.
  • Must continue training to maintain current A.S.E. status.
  • Safe drivers needed with a 3 YR MVR review required.
  • Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
  • Transmission experience preferred.
  • Diesel experience preferred but not needed.
  • Requires extensive training and certification accompanied with a preferred 5-10 years of hands-on Auto repair experience.
  • Must be able to obtain Class A or B Operator's License if required.
  • A current and valid DOT medical card may be submitted in lieu of a DOT physical.
  • Master level Technicians must be versed to work on multiple applications from Light-Duty to Class A-Heavy Trucks.
