The primary objective of this role is the integration of business processes and commercial credit initiatives to create value through improved business performance and improved decision support. The position will be responsible for recommending and implementing technology based business solutions through a consultative approach and for the high level research and formal documentation of business processes, requirements and formal system specifications. The position will also be responsible for supporting the Commercial Sales Team by recommending positive change management practices with the implementation of new software/technology.
