The salary range posted represents the low and high end of OSI's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience and performance. Base salary is one component of OSI's overall total rewards package. Other components may include bonuses, special pay programs, comprehensive time off, 401k with match and a full suite of benefit offerings for you and your family.

  • Support the Sr. Manager, FP&A, and collaborate with the global/zone FP&A teams in the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
  • Be a strategic business partner to the organization by providing critical reporting and actionable insights anchored in financial and data analysis.
  • Prepare a monthly financial package, analyze the operational and financial performance while also providing key drivers for variances vs. comparative periods.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas of the company in order to streamline and centralize relevant business information.
  • Prepare presentations to the Executive Team and Senior Management.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and analyze risks & opportunities, sensitivities, and cost savings initiatives.
  • Support user acceptance testing and implementation of FP&A driven processes.
  • Assist with developing the annual targets supported by knowledge of business drivers.
  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycles.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operating conditions of the department, finance function, and overall business operations.
  • Understand and practice appropriate safety procedures through education, training, and following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.
  • Two to three years of experience in finance, budgeting, and analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a corporate function.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven experience cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across the global organization.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to conduct financial statement reviews, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Accomplished in developing well-organized, data-driven presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint or similar application.
  • Flexible and able to successfully navigate ambiguity and succeed in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Leverage critical thinking to work through tasks and assess for reasonableness.
  • Attention to details to ensure all reports are completely timely and accurately.
  • BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.
