About The Position

Bring your financial acumen and analysis skills to a fast-paced, team orientated, manufacturing environment. The Financial Operations Senior Analyst will be responsible for the month-end closing process at the brewery, management reporting along with the analysis of operating performance. With a proactive and curious mindset, this person will also oversee reporting, project tracking and guiding the brewery to achieve annual cost savings goals.

Requirements

4yr Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to use analytical competencies to analyze and leverage data from internal and external sources, and persuasively present findings
Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are necessary
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

Cost accounting experience preferred, with experience with year end absorption
SAP experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Own monthly management reporting process and analysis on Labor and Operating Expenses
Be the primary business partner for Brewing, Packaging, Maintenance & Warehouse departments
Actively participate in annual zero based budgeting exercise and quarterly forecast processes
Lead the Cost Savings program for the brewery, tracking projects to ensure visibility to risk and opportunities
Identify and execute Continuous Improvement opportunities for the Supply Chain Finance Team
Participate in the annual development of Standard Costs, collaborate with operations managers to build segment loss targets and throughput assumptions
Collaborate across the brewery and across supply chain finance team on ad-hoc analysis, delivering business critical analysis with a sense of urgency and a focus on accuracy
Working with the Brewery Supervisors and assist with weekly Liquid Inventory Reconciliations
