Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Hyperion).
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in accounting, finance, technology, and/or compensation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

• MBA or CPA desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders across departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and systems.
• Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, investments, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Support preparation of materials for board meetings, investor relations, and executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
