The Job: As Senior Finance Analyst, STANLEY, you’ll be part of the STANLEY Finance team with the responsibility for providing financial leadership and decision support to our Category Management and Product Management Teams while managing the total global STANLEY Brand P&L. This opportunity reports directly to the Finance Manager, STANLEY. You'll get to: Support the execution around the strategy of our STANLEY team including category analysis, portfolio analysis, global marketing, new product development, and entry into new markets. Define the appropriate focus areas and portfolio families (i.e. geography, customer, brand, market share, margin, etc.) specific to the Tools & Outdoor industry, driving portfolio growth and margin expansion. Maintain a new product roadmap funnel that achieves the strategic goals of the STANLEY Brand – focusing on Global Revitalization – while maintaining the proper capital and cost results. Develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships across all facets of the organization (i.e. Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, etc.) – driving process enhancement and leading to full global P&L excellence within the STANLEY Brand. In fact, you embrace it. You also have: BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics with strong analytical skills. 2+ years of finance or business-related experience. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadership. Strong problem solving, business case development, and communication skills. High business acumen and increased collaboration with both cross-functional and business leaders. Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of Hyperion HFM and SAP or their equivalent. Power BI and/or Alteryx experience a plus.
