About The Position

Job Summary Dual duties of both a Sr. Accountant and Financial Analyst Job Description Key Responsibilities: Support the annual budget process, applying experience from facilitating multi-entity Streamline budgeting and forecasting processes Drive automation and reporting enhancement using Excel, financial modeling, and enterprise planning tools Develop and enhance short‑term, annual, and long-range financial models, building on prior experience Drive continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies, applying best practices from prior FP&A roles Support the monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, incorporating operational insights, historical trends, and key business drivers to produce accurate projections Provide detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast), highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities for leadership Produce high-quality financial reporting packages for executive management Evaluate cost structures and operational performance

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of progressive finance experience
  • Master’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • High-level analytical capability with strong Excel modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and provide structure in fast-paced environments
  • Cross-functional leadership experience developed across multiple internal teams and corporate initiatives
