Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants
• CTP is an equal opportunity employer and abides by applicable employment laws and regulations

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience in a government contracting environment
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and GovCon compliance
• Proficiency in Unanet or similar ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Nice To Haves

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Experience in executing automation & digital transformation
• Experience supporting multiple contract vehicles
• Experience with proposal process and financial CDRLs
• Experience with EAC development and variance analysis
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS compliance
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

Responsibilities

• All aspects of program finance to include planning, forecasting, and variance analysis (for example: monthly Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash, Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan)
• Perform month-end close activities, variance analysis and account reconciliations for various balance sheet and P&L accounts related to the assigned programs
• Perform cost accounting and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations
• Manage invoicing and billing processes accurately and on time
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Support WBS set-up, maintenance, and oversight as required (daily & weekly) to support all program needs accurately
• Utilize Unanet for project accounting, budgeting, and reporting
• Assist with audits and maintain strong internal controls
• Review inventory balances, unbilled/deferred, backlog, Accounts Receivables (AR), and related reserves, working closely with the Program Management team
