About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for participating in value added
financial analytics to facilitate top line growth and operational efficiency.
This position assists with various recurring and non-recurring projects
initiated by the Finance Director. This individual must be knowledgeable of
general and industry specific accounting and finance practices and flexible
enough to manage the more complex activities associated with analyzing financial
results and the development of financial statements and corresponding reports.
The successful candidate will be expected to routinely provide financial
insights into DLM’s performance to local leadership. The position will report to
the Finance Director and collaborate with various Corporate Finance groups.

This professional will work in a hybrid capacity with 3 days onsite at our
Southfield, MI office.
