Requirements

  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp and apply analytical concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to work within fixed timeframes and meet deadlines consistently
  • Proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and precision; detail-oriented, highly organized, and resourceful
  • Exceptional work ethic, team mentality, positive attitude, highly driven, self-motivated, and excellent business partnering skills
  • Passion for technology and genuine desire to make meaningful contributions on a team with big aspirations
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in investment banking, consulting, FP&A, venture-backed high-growth company, or a fast-paced Fortune 500 environment a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support analyst for GTM FP&A organization; serve as a finance business partner to the GTM organization to help manage, plan and forecast investments as well as to assist with analysis of key drivers of financial performance.
  • Interact with leaders across sales, partnerships, marketing, and finance in supporting the GTM organization
  • Assist in coordinating the annual budget and quarterly forecasts working with stakeholders across the business
  • Help prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership
  • Drive improvements in KPI reporting and tracking
  • Assist in publicly reported metric tracking, reporting and analysis
  • Develop business cases and analyses to inform and support business and financial decisions
