About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The Corporate FP&A team supports global financial planning (annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning), consolidated financial reporting for all business units, and in-depth forecasting and reporting for corporate segments. This role reports to the Director of Corporate FP&A and is based in Richardson, TX.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A, financial planning, or accounting with an emphasis on forecasting and financial statement analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets
• Ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive projects effectively
• Self-motivated and committed to continuous process improvement
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and numerical) for all organizational levels

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle Hyperion applications is highly recommended

Responsibilities

• Financial statement analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement), KPI reporting, operational reporting, analysis of key business trends, including comprehensive variance explanations
• Create timely, accurate, and standardized global reporting that is easy to replicate and maintain across regions, brands, and channels.
• Provide business owners with reporting and analysis to drive accountability and action
• Support senior management with ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis
