About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position partners closely with leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting and insights that drive performance and long-term growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial analyses in a concise and easily comprehensible manner Essential Functions Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-range planning Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly financial analyses for management that provide insights into the company’s performance Analyze financial and KPI performance versus budget and forecast and identify key drivers and trends Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations and other teams to ensure data integrity and consistency in financial reporting Assist with preparation of materials for management, board meetings and investors as needed Improve and streamline financial processes, reporting tools and forecasting methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Index, Match, Sumproduct and Indirect functions as well as Power Query and relational databases)
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), SQL, NetSuite, or related financial systems
  • Highly motivated and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience (investment banking, private equity, corporate finance preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare experience preferred but not a requirement
  • Preferred experience with prompt engineering and use of AI to perform financial analysis
