About The Position

Provide high-level decision support to senior-level management and various department leads through pricing, planning, analysis, and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
4+ years of experience in financial analysis and data management
High level of proficiency with Excel
Strong financial acumen, including ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, develop recommendations, and communicate financial concepts clearly
Ability to maintain confidentiality, set priorities, meet deadlines, and effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain high attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and interact with varying levels of management across the organization
Self-motivated, goal oriented, quality driven, and capable of working both in group settings and independently

Responsibilities

Develop and provide pricing recommendations to sales in a timely manner
Work cross-functionally with R&D and operations on new products, providing cost targets to help guide the team regarding formulation
Perform sensitivity analysis on customer/item level profitability and provide insight to the team
Analyze inflation by category and provide pricing strategies to the organization
Maintain rate planning scenarios that feed the profitability tool
Actively review customer profitability and address any areas of concern
Complete ad hoc and special project requests as needed
Prepare month end system allocations
Participate in annual planning through development and review of key customers
Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
