About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis. Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including variance analysis and business reviews for internal business leaders. Assist in developing business and financial presentations for senior management. Support integration of business processes for acquisitions. Provide support to business management to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Education and at least 8 years’ experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills; and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, along with being detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong skills in MS Products (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with financial systems, accounting software and reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience a plus.
