Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in financial analysis.
• Experience extracting and analyzing data from multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of annual budgets and quarterly financial forecasts.
• Assist in building long-range strategic models to assess growth scenarios, evaluate investment opportunities, and guide resource allocation decisions.
• Analyze monthly financial performance including revenue, margins, receivables, payables, and inventory.
• Deliver variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to further strategic initiatives.
• Develop and optimize BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support the development of presentation materials and reports for senior executives and external partners.
• Contribute to process improvements across the organization.
• Partner with financial institutions to ensure regulatory compliance and fulfill reporting obligations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
