Little Caesars is seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Senior Financial Analyst, International Supply Chain Finance to support our rapidly growing international operations across Canada, Mexico, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Asia Pacific. This role will play a crucial part in delivering financial insights, optimizing supply chain processes, and driving strategic financial decision-making across our global footprint. Reporting directly to the Director, Global Supply Chain Finance, you will join a world-class finance team dedicated to delivering financial excellence and process optimization across the organization. This newly established position provides an opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment and will demand an intellectually curious individual with a sharp analytical mind.

  • Lead financial forecasting and pro forma analysis for international supply chain initiatives, including analysis for new markets and development of presentations for leadership.
  • Evaluate the profitability and efficiency of our global operations, including capital investment assessments, productivity metrics, and performance.
  • Partner closely with peers and management across diverse departments and functional teams including Procurement, Accounting, Global Operations, HR, and IT to enhance financial performance and drive operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in financial systems and collaborate with data teams to refine dashboards and data warehouse infrastructure for global analysis.
  • Manage and support global KPI reporting processes for sales and supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
  • Minimum of five (5) years in financial analysis, with a strong preference for experience in international supply chain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, or related quantitative field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, analytical tools, financial reporting systems, Power BI, and advanced excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex financial concepts effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
