About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst, Regional FP&A at Crocs, Inc. provides financial planning, reporting and analysis in support of Crocs Inc. This individual will assist with forecasting, reporting and analytics during the monthly reporting, forecasting, and annual planning cycles. This role will sit within the Americas Regional FP&A team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, MBA a plus and at least 5 years of related work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required and experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus.
  • Proven ability in building models for analysis.
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures.
  • Ability to meet high pressure deadlines when necessary.
  • Ability to take direction well, work independently more often than not, and manage several priorities and assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High sense of professionalism as this is a highly visible role and interacts with senior leadership team.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate financial results, and identify and research variances between forecast, budget, and prior year expenses, proactively finding opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop monthly presentations to highlight actual financial results and business drivers.
  • Build and improve complex financial models to drive financial decisions and improvements in planning and forecast.
  • Partner with the business to provide data led insights that influence and lead to better decisions.
  • Support FP&A team on presentations, ad-hoc analysis, and other reporting requirements upon request.
