About the position

The Senior Financial Analyst role leads financial planning, forecasting, and analysis supporting strategic goals through highly organized processes and modeling of key performance indicators. In addition, provides consultative financial analysis and recommendations aligned with and in support of Duly's financial and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing financial consulting and strategic support to senior management
  • Design and perform complex metric-based cost efficiency analysis projects for both operational and staff functions. Clearly present inputs, assumptions, key performance factors, and basis for recommendations.
  • A Key participant in the development of complex financial modeling
  • Identify and lead process improvement projects

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge with Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate level of knowledge with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Basic level of knowledge with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • A good working knowledge of computerized accounting systems
  • Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and ability to make progress with projects assigned and bring them towards successful completion
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 5 years relevant work experience
  • Must have demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to engage, inspire and collaborate across all functional areas including external stakeholders
  • Must have demonstrated experience in financial, trending and benchmarking analysis and reporting

Nice-to-haves

  • CPA certification helpful, but not required
  • Healthcare experience desirable
