About The Position

As a Senior Financial Analyst, Global Supply Chain & Logistics (GSCL) Finance, you’ll oversee the financial performance of regional replenishment distribution centers. You will be responsible for the ongoing support to the Group Vice President and all Senior Site Directors within the region. You will play a critical role in Target’s transformation ensuring financial viability as we evolve to a faster and more efficient Supply Chain model to support our continued growth. Reporting to the Director of Field Replenishment in GSCL Finance, you’ll be supported along the way to challenge your clients to drive continued financial success and to provide them with analytical insights into their performance. Requirements

  • 4-year college degree, MBA or equivalent experience (4 or more years) in Finance and/or Operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to conceptualize strategic initiatives
  • Ability to work with all levels of management with autonomy, motivation, and self-direction
  • Natural curiosity to ask questions and look within the data for outliers and connections to improve upon existing tools and processes
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Advanced excel and financial modeling skills preferred
  • Travel up to 10% of the time
