The Global Sourcing Sr. Financial Analyst is a member of Polaris’ Operations Finance team and is responsible for all day-to-day aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Polaris’ worldwide raw material spend. In this role, you will be responsible for collection, consolidation, reporting, and messaging of Raw Materials and Import Duties/Tariffs spend results. This team member will be integral in the analysis of business performance, development of forecasts / plans, and the identification/measurement of cost savings opportunities. By nature of supporting a Global Sourcing organization, this role will also require an understanding of financial accounting and cost accounting concepts. This is a highly visible role supporting a worldwide organization, with significant cross-functional exposure. A successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, with strong finance/accounting and analytical skills.
