Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years' experience, or Masters degree plus 3 years' experience, or PhD with 0 years' experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Accounting experience in standard costing, month end closing, journal entry preparation and posting
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Able to work independently and within a team setting to solve problems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build relationships with business partners at different functional and management levels
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SAP experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Cost accounting and work order experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work with manufacturing locations in the US, Singapore, and Israel to support and analyze semi-annual and monthly cost updates, PPV, and work order variances
  • Collect, analyze, and report to management worldwide inventory, reserves, and service inventory related balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare routine financial reports and quarterly executive review reports
  • Handle month-end and quarter-end close process to meet regular corporate deliverables, working with service regions in multiple locations to ensure accuracy of financial reporting and close including preparing and posting journal entries
  • Develop tools to identify risks and opportunities in the forecast
  • Observe and report the quarter-to-date actual results against plan and forecast
  • Support forecast and planning for inventory
  • Provide support for SOX, Tax, and PWC audits
  • Perform various ad hoc analysis/reports
  • Support and participate in SAP and financial system implementations of KLA, support continuous improvement
