About The Position

Dynatron Software is seeking a strategic Senior Financial Analyst to play a pivotal role in the expansion and maturation of our FP&A function. As the second member of the team, you will partner closely with the VP, Finance to elevate financial modeling, enhance reporting capabilities, implement new systems and processes, and deliver high-impact analysis that informs decisions across the entire business. This is a high-visibility role with significant exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and data visualization tools strongly preferred.
Ability to translate complex financial insights into clear, compelling business narratives for operators and executives.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in SaaS and private equity-backed environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze Performance: Deliver actionable insights into company-wide and departmental financial performance, including monthly reporting packages comparing results to Plan and prior year.
Build Scalable Models: Develop and maintain robust financial models across bookings, revenue, headcount, expenses, SaaS metrics, cash flow, balance sheet forecasting, and capacity planning.
Partner with Leaders: Collaborate closely with business partners and executives to support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly business reviews.
Drive Process Innovation: Identify and implement opportunities to automate, optimize, and modernize FP&A processes, leveraging AI, automation, and scalable systems.
Support Strategic Decisions: Prepare ad hoc financial and strategic analyses, including product business cases, investment evaluations, and cost/benefit assessments.
Strengthen Controls: Support and maintain strong internal controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across financial reporting and forecasting.
