We are searching for a detailed oriented, collaborative and result driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our team as a Sr. Financial Analyst, Compensation & Business Partner. You will be responsible for managing position management and compensation planning, owning the budget and forecasting for the Support Office's Enrollment, and building reports to align the Senior Leadership Team on various position requests. Additionally, you will prepare compensation-related modeling and analytics, provide analytical support, and collaborate with the Finance Business Partnership team during the annual budgeting process. You will also partner with the Accounting Team to understand payroll actuals and establish reporting for headcount management.
