As part of our commitment to operational excellence and strategic growth, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our centralized finance team. This role serves as a key financial partner across all business units, delivering critical insights and support for cross-functional initiatives. The Senior Financial Analyst will lead efforts in capital tracking, warranty and rework analysis, and purchase price variance management. By synthesizing financial data and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, this role ensures transparency, drives accountability, and supports informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field. MBA or CPA a plus.
  • 3 - 5 years finance and accounting experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral, speaks English proficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen, problem solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Advanced PC skills, specifically strong Excel, Power BI, and data mining.
  • Experience with Essbase, SAP, MFG PRO, or HFM a plus.
  • Proven success with managing projects that deliver results.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all functions at ASSA ABLOY Americas Residential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end capital tracking process across multiple business units, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation of capital expenditures in alignment with corporate financial policies and strategic objectives.
  • Lead the monthly close process for rework-related costs, including accrual preparation, variance analysis, and collaboration with operations to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Partner with operations and finance teams to monitor warranty trends, drive reserve accuracy, and support continuous improvement in cost management and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the PPV reporting process, including variance analysis and root cause identification, partnering with sourcing and finance teams to drive cost transparency and control.
  • Act as a centralized finance resource, supporting various finance teams with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and process alignment to ensure efficiency and standardization across the enterprise.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial operations.
