We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to help unlock the full power of data across la Madeleine. In this critical role, you'll lead efforts to turn data into insights that drive smart, strategic decisions across the business—from café operations to guest experience, marketing performance, menu innovation, and beyond. You'll work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams and our leadership to create tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that simplify complexity, drive clarity, and support our next-level growth. This is a role for a leader who loves both the story and the science behind the numbers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Business Intelligence, insights, or analytics, ideally in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-unit retail.
  • Hands-on experience in dashboard creation, forecasting, and translating raw data into real-world impact.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative, curious, and driven by helping great brands make smarter, faster decisions.
  • Detail-obsessed, accuracy-focused, and passionate about delivering meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data across sales, guest behavior, operations, inventory, and marketing to identify performance trends and actionable opportunities.
  • Create intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that drive clear decision-making across teams.
  • Build product forecasts for limited-time offers and new menu items. Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes with data-driven analysis.
  • Partner with executive and department leaders to define key metrics, refine reporting tools, and provide insights that move the brand forward.
  • Prepare monthly scorecards and operational analyses for use in market reviews and franchise owner communications. Measure and report the impact of operational changes in the field.
  • Work closely with Financial Reporting to analyze interim financials during the close process and respond to ad hoc analysis needs from teams including Operations, Marketing, Development, and Production.
  • Stay ahead of BI tools and trends—continually improving systems, processes, and automation opportunities.
