About The Position

The Senior Finance Manager for Honeywell International, Inc. in Houston, TX will support the Process Automation Solution Global FP&A. This role involves being a global strategic finance partner that advises leadership on opportunities and risks that impact the financial performance of the business. The position requires coordination, communication, and completion of monthly financial forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, Cash Flow) and support in the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan. The Senior Finance Manager will also develop and execute sustainable working capital improvements with key stakeholders, support M&A where needed, and drive stronger controls around Fixed Cost controls. Additionally, the role includes supporting the CFO and VP GM on various presentation preparations to different stakeholders across the organization, performing deep dives into businesses analyzing profitability and free cash flow improvements, identifying trends and insights, and presenting findings to senior management. The position requires the development of detailed financial models and providing business leaders with “What If” analysis and recommendations. The candidate must be able to work independently and collaborate effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of finance experience, including FP&A business experience.
  • Experience in business analysis, financial planning and analysis.
  • Ability to develop forecasts and operating plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, including linking results to drivers.
  • Understanding of projects or manufacturing business financials (utilization, Under/Over absorption, standard costs, price variance).
