Requirements

  • 8+ years of meaningful experience in a complex, multinational, multi-site environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Strong and persuasive communicator: crucial to have credibility within a multifaceted environment and in the context of providing outstanding business partnering support
  • Desire to formulate and drive process improvements, challenging the status quo, Six Sigma
  • Proven focus on being able to translate data and metrics into predictable, useful business insight.
  • Experience with ERP systems (ie. SAP)
  • Experience with CRM tool (ie. Salesforce.com)
  • Advanced Hyperion or Oracle/Essbase skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to comfortably interact with all levels of management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change in a matrix organization
  • Must have an outstanding attention to detail and strong process rigor
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize while delivering consistent, accurate and reliable work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient use of MS Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness and ability to travel 10-20%

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale global processes that meet the evolving needs of the PSG organization — streamlining deal approvals, financial tracking, and settlement management in partnership with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Quoting teams.
  • Drive execution of the Accelerator initiative across PSG and the CRG portfolio; manage forecasts, pipeline metrics, and cross-sell performance to accelerate growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-division collaboration with CRG and Divisional Finance to execute Accelerator deals; own profit and loss analysis, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end approval management.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for deal structuring and approvals; eliminate process bottlenecks, shorten deal cycles, and improve efficiency across large, complex transactions.
  • Align cross-functional teams around clear commercial and financial priorities to support PSG’s Commercial Excellence strategy and ensure consistent execution.
  • Partner to operationalize Accelerator Drug Development; track forecasts, pipeline activity, and lead generation while optimizing performance across regional teams.
  • Own the end-to-end deal approval process, maintaining compliance with pricing and policy standards while resolving roadblocks to keep deals moving.
  • Support launch of automated workflows that streamline approvals, reduce manual effort, and strengthen governance and data accuracy across the deal lifecycle.
