About The Position

As a Sr Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will be at the forefront of shaping the financial landscape of a global technology and manufacturing leader. You’ll work out of our Richardson, TX or Charlotte, NC locations on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will support the finance function for the Americas region in the Honeywell Sensing Solutions (HSS) business . You will partner with business and functional leadership to drive sustainable growth and ensure that our financial operations align with corporate goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in progressive finance roles.
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are highly valued.
  • Strategic thinker and a proven ability to drive financial initiatives and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Supply chain to shape and execute the Americas Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Evaluate new growth and product initiatives for financial implications and strategic alignment
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and investment decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop analysts
