About The Position

The Sr. Advanced Finance Analyst will serve as the finance business partner for the Global Climate Solutions (GCS) segment within Resideo's Products & Solutions business, specifically for the America's region. This role is crucial for providing strategic business insights and financial analysis to support impactful decision-making across the GCS portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Finance Director, the analyst will be responsible for various financial reporting and analysis tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is delivered to business leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Financial Analytical Experience, Controlling, or Reporting Role.
• Experience in Providing Financial Support in a Product Manufacturing Business.
• Professional experience with an ERP System (Ex. SAP).
• Proven ability in utilizing Reporting Tools including SAP Hana and Tableau.
• Experience with Consolidation Tools such as O9 & Hyperion (HFM).

• Attention to detail while following instructions & using creative insight when applicable to enhance reporting requirements or efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Support local business partners in the region with sound & reliable business insights.
• Work with GCS Global Finance Leader to support customer & product initiatives.
• Provide weekly, monthly reports & presentations, focusing on concise insights.
• Act as Global Data Manager for Forecasts & Budget Consolidation & Reporting in O9 Finance System.
• Responsible for Regional Cost Ownership & Control.
• Execute the Annual Budget Sales & Margin Consolidation & Reporting.
• Manage LOB STRAP (Growth & Gross Margin).
• Deliver timely, accurate & reliable financial information to business leaders.
• Develop timely forecasts and support the creation of the Annual Operating Plan with accurate input into consolidation tools (HFM, O9).
