About The Position

We are seeking a Sr Finance Analyst to support planning by preparing capital and operating forecasts, budgets, and detailed account analyses for key teams in our Enterprise Corporate Real Estate & Facilities organization. You will analyze trends and drivers to provide leadership with insights and comprehensive reports. The role includes developing and reviewing financial models with scenario analyses to inform business planning decisions. In addition, you will support departmental spend management, including oversight and processing of purchase orders, purchase requests, and general expense tracking to ensure alignment with approved budgets and financial controls. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and based in Overland Park, KS

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or combination of education and equivalent work experience
  • 4-7 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling and scenario analysis experience
  • Proven ability to analyze financial trends to deliver actionable insights
  • Experience preparing capital and operating forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
  • Experience managing departmental spend, including purchase orders, purchase requests, and expense tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Ariba experience preferred
  • High attention to detail with a track record of forecast accuracy and reporting excellence
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to deliver accurate capital and operating financial plans
  • Analyze financial results using statistical and modeling techniques to identify variances, risks, and opportunities
  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making and present findings to partners
  • Measure and benchmark key performance indicators across accounts, markets, and business divisions to track financial health
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
