About The Position

As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will Manage and assist Plant Controller with forecasting and analysis, financial closing, reporting, and inventory management activities across multiple locations. Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive month-end closing responsibilities, ensuring all monthly transactions are recorded correctly.
• Perform ongoing analyses of financial results, presenting findings in a clear and insightful manner.
• Lead the coordination and reconciliation of physical inventories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain and enhance robust internal control processes and educate team members through finance learning series to strengthen financial acumen across the site.
• Identify and implement financial process improvements and cost savings opportunities.
• Engage in special projects and perform ad hoc analyses as required; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet organizational needs.
