About The Position
The Senior Finance Analyst Co-pilot role offers a unique opportunity to provide the team with accurate and timely financial information and analyses, make sound recommendations for profitable business growth, and optimize product portfolios. As a key resource, you will support the Finance Director in streamlining processes and implementing standard methodologies across the business. This includes directing collaborative financial and operational planning processes, reducing expenses, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive strong ROI on investments. You will also work closely with the BOOST team to strategize on top line growth, optimize trade, coupons, product fixed marketing spend, and COGS. Additionally, you will coordinate month-end close and the dynamic forecasting process, providing updates on actual spend vs budget, conducting cost analysis, and identifying potential variances throughout the P&L. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas.
