About The Position

Join our Devices Marketing and Customer Experience Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst, where you'll drive strategic financial decisions that shape how millions of customers experience our products. You'll work directly with senior leaders across the organization to transform complex data into actionable business insights that influence product strategy and marketing investments. As a Senior Financial Analyst on our team, you'll focus on evaluating monetization opportunities and designing financial models that make our data more meaningful and actionable. Your day might include building models to support marketing event analysis, leading business review meetings with cross-functional teams, or diving into large datasets to uncover insights that inform executive decisions. You'll collaborate with product line marketing teams, finance partners, and technology teams to optimize how we measure marketing effectiveness and allocate resources. Beyond routine analysis, you'll tackle ad-hoc projects that require creative problem-solving and contribute to automation initiatives that improve our reporting capabilities. Requirements

  • 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
  • MBA, or CPA
  • Knowledge of Tableau
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models that support marketing event analysis, forecasting, and annual operating plans while providing insights that drive business decisions
  • Lead cross-functional business review meetings and support operational strategy initiatives that optimize marketing measurement and spending across the Devices business
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, translating findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with product line marketing teams, finance partners, and technology teams to streamline reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation
  • Develop ad-hoc analyses and support special projects that address evolving business needs and strategic priorities
