We are seeking a Senior State Filings Analyst to support regulatory product filings across multiple personal lines product lines. This role is responsible for preparing and submitting form, rate, and/or rule filings to state insurance departments and regulatory authorities through SERFF. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities The position plays a critical role in bringing new and revised personal lines insurance products to market while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. The analyst will collaborate closely with product development, actuarial, underwriting, legal, and external vendors to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of insurance products. The role requires a solid understanding of insurance and regulatory requirements, statutes, and compliance standards along with experience supporting product development and implementation. Candidates should have experience in property and casualty, Accident & Health, Warranty or Personal Lines. The candidate should have experience communicating with regulators at the Departments of Insurance as well as with internal stakeholders such as underwriting, actuarial and legal. Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple filings simultaneously is a key component of the job.
