This position manages an assigned territory of core Foremost Independent Agencies, including responsibilities to prospect and appoint new agencies with guidance, drive profitable premium growth, and achieve financial and operational goals. This role develops and manages agency partnerships and serves as the primary relationship between the agency and the company. The position develops and successfully promotes and supports the available suite of Foremost products and services, including a portfolio of moderately complex accounts, within an assigned territory. This role is at the forefront of building premium growth through relationships with agents to ensure market share is built successfully. This position is an individual contributor who receives moderate guidance and direction from management and field distribution partners while performing work with business unit and enterprise impacts. The position is remote with required weekly field travel.
