Sr. Field Service Technician (Coffee, Water & Beverage machines)
About The Position
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing coffee and water equipment such as DJD - Wellsys - Follets - Bevi Servicing/cleaning coffee systems and other related equipment Managing truck parts inventory Changing coffee and water filters at client locations Completing a variety of service calls on Agora coffee/water equipment in the greater Seattle Area Performing filter changes and PM on the equipment managed By AGORA NW Following warehouse processes and strict inventory management measures Maintaining excellent customer service Confirming that coffee and water systems are clean and working properly after performing a service call, system cleaning, or filter change Continued equipment training on current and new equipment product lines Assisting in lifting and moving heavy coffee and water equipment Compensation: $27 - $29/Hour Benefits (upon completion of the introductory period): Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation/Sick Days Hours: Monday-Friday – hours will vary with route day—generally, 7 am to 3:30 pm. Requirements: 2+ years' experience in servicing and repairing coffee and water equipment such as DJD, Wellsys, Follets, Bevi etc Ability to pass a background check and drug test Clean driving record Contribute to the team atmosphere Positive Attitude Reliable transportation Great communication skills Ability to lift 40lbs frequently Location: Seattle and surrounding area
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in servicing and repairing coffee and water equipment such as DJD, Wellsys, Follets, Bevi etc
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Clean driving record
- Contribute to the team atmosphere

- Great communication skills
- Ability to lift 40lbs frequently
- Driver's License (Required)
