Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in electrical or equivalent work / military experience is preferred along with a minimum of 8 years related field service support.
  • General software knowledge a must (Win10, Win11, MS Office365).
  • Ability to travel up to 65-75%, domestically and internationally with a valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the past 3+ years
  • Applicants must possess US work authorization and be able to acquire a US passport

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with network support, computer repair and OS restoration as well as software configuration is preferred.
  • Knowledge of calibration and electronic test equipment is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, corrective service and telephones.
  • On-site and remote access support for laboratory and production process testing instruments.
  • Service activities must be performed within established ISO certified policies and procedures and documented accordingly.
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training as needed to meet customers’ needs.
