About The Position

In support of our customer, we are seeking Field Service Representatives with experience in supporting (DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/principles/organizational protocols).

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree, along with eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional experience in Life-Cycle Logistics planning and management.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of six (6) years of expertise in at least two directly related technological areas, with demonstrated experience across all phases of logistics acquisition and planning.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification to operate an ACV is highly desired.
  • An operator’s license for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and motorized forklifts with a lift capacity of up to 10,000 pounds is also highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Common Remotely Operated Weapons System (CROWS) and its installation is considered a plus.
  • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled (quarterly) and unscheduled (as needed) preventative maintenance on the PMO/PO systems and communicate the systems’ status to the applicable team responsible for sustainment of the system.
  • Conduct operator and maintainer training on PM TCE fielded solutions, as required at the direction of Program leads.
  • Provide continuous logistics support to the customer for support of inventory management, at various locations, and parts ordering, to maintain equipment readiness. Activities include, but are not limited to, assessing physical location of equipment, responding to data calls, and providing information to the representative regarding any identified changes to equipment status.
  • Support for PM TCE deployments IAW USCENTCOM deployment requirements per USCENTCOM Individual Protection & Individual Unit Deployment Policy.
  • Provide NET to customers with a working knowledge of PM TCE-fielded solutions, specifically electronic warfare systems, and is responsible for coordination and delivery of NET to the MEFs, to include scheduling and planning activities, conducting onsite or virtual training as directed by the customer, collecting feedback from attendees, and incorporating updates into training products.
  • Provide support to the installation teams with the fielding and integration of systems and IAW approved fielding plans by providing technical support and acting as the communication channel between the Program and the units that receive PMO solutions.
  • Participate as a member of equipment fielding and installation teams by facilitating coordination of fielding efforts, traveling to fielding locations, and supporting the inventory and issue process.
